9:47 am	Does anyone still LJ. I know I don't but I really enjoyed hearing about everyones business. Maybe I'll start again. this seemed like something I would write here: Don't you think it's weird when you're reading a book and you open it up to exactly the right page. I mean sometime I'll do it when I'm reading a novel and I go right to where I left off. Which doesn't seem as extraordinary cause I mean It WAS the last page open. Today I was looking in my old petrology text book for some ideas on spinel stability fields and thermometry ideas and I went right to appendix 2 : Pressure-Temperature Determination. Lucky? maybe. but it didn't really help me all that much. I think i would rather win the lottery. (2 radicals |express)

11:01 pm	I miss having fun in Eugene Oregon. I know that usually means drinking. But F! I miss all of my Oregon friends. Like drinking inappropriately in the afternoon or Keg Races or playing golf and trying to avoid trouble or call of duty, or ESPN. I MISS WATCHING ESPN with someone! Jeff, Sarasohn, Burt, Ben Lane. 11:43 am	look who is looking at lj so I made it to Austin after a wonderful/tiring 5day2300mile drive from Portland/Eugene. I'm still getting used to being here, I've really only been here less than 48hours. I know I will love it here though. Good things that happened on the trip: my WRX got 26-27mpg, I visited Craters of the Moon and the Jemez Mountains/Valles Caldera. Two completely different kinds of volcanism, both equally awesome, and I got to spend it all with elizabeth. pics on fb (express)

11:09 am	has anyone ever noticed in the KFC Snacker commercial where a guy finds a dollar in his friends couch that theres a little dollar bill hidden among the lettuce on of the last sandwiches they show look next time, it's hilarious (1 radical |express)

10:21 am	So peanut butter sandwich before bed... And Bam! I have a dream that I'm still living at Lydia Avenue and someone decides to put a Lion and  Tiger in our living room and they start fighting. They calm down a bit but I'm still super nervous about being around them. So I finally sneak outside, but I have no idea how I'm going to get a lion and a tiger out of my house without  getting attacked. (express)

11:16 am	this is how one of my crazy dreams from last night went. so i went to the mall of louisiana with some friends and we stayed till really late because apparently theres this underground casino (huge like a vegas casino) that stays open 24 hours there. but we left at like 3 AM. they drove their car and left, but I couldn't find mine in the parking lot. i had no idea where it went. So i was wandering around the empty parking lot looking for my car and there were all these people like lying down on the pavement smoking blunts. like hundreds of people smoking personal blunts. so i finally left the parking lot and just decided to walk home. it took me like 8 hours to walk home cause i was going the most ass-backwards way. when i finally got home my parents were asking me where the car was but I had to make up a lie about it. so i went around trying to ask my friends were my car was, and in the process i had all these crazy usually very upsetting misadventures (most of which i've forgotten now) but as it turns out. my car was at LSU all along because my friends had picked me up there instead of me driving to the mall last time i eat cookies right before bed. 8:59 am	Great Trip. Back to work. Although at this exact moment I don't even feel like it. I'm sure I'll get back into it. Leaving BR is never easy.
